POSEYS

I was experimenting with the wet on wet look
and my acrylic paints, sort of like watercolors,
and came up with this the other day.
Bunch of flowers, poppies, or whatever,
semi-abstract with ink outlines.
I kind of liked it, so thought I'd post it.

Acrylic on 9x12 watercolor paper.

I hope everyone, had a chance to spend some time
with their mothers on Sunday.
I was treated to dinner and the final episode of Survivor
with my daughter and her husband, and a huge
flowering Azalea for the house. A pretty pink and white.
Hope I can keep it flowering. I don't have a very good
record with inside flowering plants.
Will have to take a picture and show you.

How come I missed this on my earlier visit? Too busy recognising the familiar in K'loops!
But this is beautiful!
And thanks for popping to my place.

Thank you Dinah, one of my experiments. There are a lot more paintings in the Archives from last year. Would like your thoughts on them. :)
